The team is seeking a highly skilled Team Lead DevOps to join their team. This role involves leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of DevOps engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement effective DevOps strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee infrastructure management and ensure optimal system performance.
- Implement monitoring and security measures to safeguard infrastructure and applications.
- Identify and resolve system performance issues proactively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve DevOps processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a DevOps role with a strong understanding of CI/CD practices.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience: 5-8 years in DevOps or related fields.
