The team is seeking a skilled Tableau Developer with a strong focus on migration projects, specifically from Tableau to Power BI. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of both Tableau and Power BI, along with a robust analytical skill set. This role involves working on various data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence initiatives across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead migration projects from Tableau to Power BI, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective analytical solutions.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on Power BI functionalities and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Tableau and Power BI, particularly in migration scenarios.
- Proficiency in data visualization techniques and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
