The team is seeking a passionate Systems Operations Senior Specialist focused on Linux Production Cloud Support (AWS) to join their Technology Center in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will ensure that operating systems, software, and procedures comply with Nasdaq Trade Surveillance (NTS) requirements, while also performing light programming for reporting, troubleshooting, and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance of operating systems and software with NTS requirements.
- Provide support for Linux production environments in AWS.
- Perform troubleshooting and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Linux operating systems and cloud environments, particularly AWS.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with trade surveillance systems and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems operations or cloud support.
