Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement integration solutions using TIBCO, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Develop and manage microservices architectures to enhance system interoperability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective integration strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on best practices in systems integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with TIBCO, Java, and Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in systems integration or related fields.
