The team is seeking a Systems Engineering Specialist Advisor - ZENworks to join their team. This role is designed for an experienced professional who will serve as the design authority and senior technical leader for ZENworks Endpoint Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of ZENworks Endpoint Management solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize ZENworks solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
- Analyze system requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the integration of ZENworks with other systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ZENworks.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in endpoint management technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in ZENworks Endpoint Management.
- Proficient in systems engineering principles and practices.
- Experience with endpoint security, management, and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in systems engineering or a similar role.
