Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
- Oversee endpoint management strategies and ensure compliance with security policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MDM and endpoint management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 9-12 years of experience in Endpoint Management and MDM solutions.
- Strong knowledge of MDM tools and frameworks.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
