The team is seeking a Systems Engineer II specializing in Identity and Access Management to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in ensuring the security and integrity of user access across various systems and applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to establish access controls and policies.
- Monitor and analyze access logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
- Conduct regular audits of user access rights and permissions.
- Provide technical support and guidance for identity and access management tools.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in identity management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience with identity and access management solutions, such as Okta, Azure AD, or similar.
- Strong understanding of security protocols and standards, including SAML, OAuth, and LDAP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in systems engineering, with a focus on identity and access management.
