About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and network equipment.
- Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's data.
- Collaborate with other IT staff to optimize system performance and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in systems administration or IT support.
