Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support for desktop and server environments.
- Design, implement, and maintain system configurations and upgrades.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with team members on project planning and execution.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all systems.
- Document processes and maintain system documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in systems administration, preferably within an MSP environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in systems administration or a similar role.
