About this role

The team is seeking a skilled System Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing enterprise IT infrastructure and application support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of various IT components, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Windows Servers (2016/2019/2022/Latest).
  • Oversee Active Directory, including user management and group policies.
  • Implement and maintain network security measures and protocols.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployment and upgrades.
  • Ensure backup and disaster recovery processes are in place and tested regularly.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with Windows Server administration.
  • Proficient in Active Directory management.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Experience: 5-8 years in IT infrastructure and application support.
