About this role
The team is seeking a skilled System Architect specializing in Medium Voltage Switchgear. In this role, you will collaborate with Product Line Managers to understand product requirements, business objectives, and market-driven feature needs, translating them into technical requirements and system-level architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain the digital architecture, technology roadmap, and platform strategy for Medium Voltage Switchgear and Distribution Transformer product portfolios.
- Establish reusable architecture frameworks and technology building blocks that can be leveraged across multiple projects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of technical requirements with business goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new technologies and solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in system architecture, preferably in the electrical or power distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of medium voltage switchgear and distribution transformers.
- Proficiency in architecture modeling tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
