About this role
The team is seeking a skilled System Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security of systems and networks. You will play a crucial role in supporting the technology that drives the distribution of premium films, series, and podcasts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain servers, networks, and other IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to support system upgrades and installations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Document system configurations and updates for future reference.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of server and network management.
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in system administration or related field.
