About this role
As a System Administrator, you will be a critical part of our IT operations team, responsible for the seamless functioning and security of our hybrid identity environments. Your expertise will be vital in managing Windows Active Directory and Azure environments, deploying and maintaining endpoint security solutions, and implementing efficient backup and disaster recovery strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Windows Active Directory and Azure environments.
- Deploy and maintain endpoint security solutions to protect organizational data.
- Implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure data integrity.
- Automate processes using PowerShell and Bash scripting to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to support various projects and initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Windows Active Directory and Azure.
- Proficient in endpoint security solutions and disaster recovery planning.
- Solid scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash.
- Experience with system monitoring tools and performance tuning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in system administration or related IT roles.
