The team is seeking a highly experienced SVP - Security Architect to lead their security architecture initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity and security of the team systems and data, driving innovation and best practices in security across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive security architecture strategy.
- Lead security assessments and risk management processes to identify vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security into system designs and processes.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies.
- Design and oversee the implementation of security controls and measures.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior security staff.
- Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in security architecture and design.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, protocols, and technologies (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS).
- Proficiency in cloud security, particularly with platforms like AWS and Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
Experience:
- Minimum of 10-15 years in information security, with a focus on security architecture.
