The team is seeking a skilled SuccessFactors Developer to lead the development and integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role is crucial for enhancing HR processes and ensuring seamless integration with various systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and integration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Compensation, LMS, Recruiting Management, and Onboarding.
- Design, configure, and implement SuccessFactors solutions tailored to meet business requirements.
- Improve HR processes through effective use of SuccessFactors.
- Integrate SuccessFactors with various internal and third-party systems using SAP Cloud Platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors development and integration.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP Cloud Platform and integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in SAP SuccessFactors development and integration roles.
