The team is seeking a Steel Engineer/Detailer - Applications Developer to join their innovative team. This role involves applying engineering principles to develop and detail steel structures, ensuring that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a team of engineers and designers to bring projects to life while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed steel designs and models using advanced software tools.
- Collaborate with architects and other engineers to ensure design integrity.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to support design decisions.
- Create and maintain documentation for all engineering processes and designs.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance to team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in steel detailing and structural engineering, with 5-8 years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
