About this role

The team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Platform team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a cutting-edge customer feedback intelligence platform that transforms unstructured customer feedback into a structured, queryable source of truth. You will tackle complex challenges in natural language processing, serverless computing, and frontend analytics, leveraging first principle thinking to push the boundaries of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative features.
  • Analyze and optimize system performance and reliability.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to their professional growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in software engineering with a focus on platform development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, particularly serverless computing (e.g., AWS Lambda).
  • Familiarity with natural language processing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering, with a focus on platform or backend development.
