The team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer in Test to join their Console Validation team. This role is ideal for an ambitious and visionary Automation Engineer with a strong passion for code and quality. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated tests using object-oriented frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated test frameworks and tools.
- Implement and maintain automated test scripts to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to enhance product performance.
- Mentor junior team members and share best practices in automation testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in automation testing and test framework development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience with testing tools and frameworks like Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Experience: 5-8 years in software testing and automation.
