The team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their innovative team focused on transforming work through AI-powered automation. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing their Agentic Process Automation (APA) system, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness in various business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions that meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement and optimize algorithms for process discovery, RPA, and analytics.
- Ensure the security and governance of the software solutions in line with enterprise standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS or Azure.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
