About this role
The team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and delivery of cloud-native, enterprise-grade applications. In this role, you will set the technical direction and be responsible for building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using ASP.NET Core. You will also drive front-end solutions utilizing modern JavaScript frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Championing code quality, testing, security, and observability practices.
- Mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborating closely with product and cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Integrating AI capabilities into existing and new applications to enhance functionality.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for backend development.
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
Experience required: 5-8 years in software engineering, with a focus on cloud-native application development.
