About this role
The team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their development team. In this role, you will leverage your expert technical knowledge and broad understanding of software engineering best practices to build and maintain software products that meet technical, business, and customer experience goals. You will also inspire and guide other engineers in the team.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
- Proven experience in leading projects and mentoring team members.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on building scalable applications.
