Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Experience with frontend technologies like React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on backend development.
