The team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture and design efforts of their software solutions. In this role, you will align technical strategies with future scalability and business objectives, providing mentorship and setting the technical direction for your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Establish a technical roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Simplify complex requirements into manageable deliverables and milestones.
- Develop and document technical specifications to guide the development process.
- Ensure all deliverables meet functional and non-functional requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to the role (e.g., Java, Python, React).
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering or a related field, with a focus on leadership and architecture.
