The team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their innovative team focused on redefining supply chain operations through advanced technology. In this role, you will contribute to the development of their Decision Intelligence Platform, Movement, which transforms logistics data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that enhance the functionality of the Movement platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement features that meet customer needs.
- Utilize AI and machine learning techniques to improve data processing and analytics capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in software development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to ensure optimal platform performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on building enterprise-level applications.
