Key Responsibilities:
- Own the technical direction and execution for major products and systems.

- Drive critical engineering initiatives from concept to production.

- Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of learning and improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software engineering with a focus on system design and architecture.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and engineering leadership.
