The team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to join their Warehouse Management team, which is integral to powering their supply chain. This role involves developing intelligent platforms that enhance inventory management, demand sensing, order fulfillment, and logistics orchestration at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-throughput software solutions for supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
