The team is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer with expertise in Java to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with Principal Engineers to collaborate on architectural changes and product designs, making impactful contributions to the development of high-scale systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Principal Engineers on architectural changes and product designs.
- Build and operate high-scale systems that meet user needs.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle to ensure quality product delivery.
- Align technical solutions with product and user requirements.
- Participate in on-call support and incident management as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Java coding within a highly distributed and enterprise-scale environment.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices and methodologies.
- Experience with high-scale system design and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and microservices architecture is a plus.
Experience:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in software development.
