About this role
The team is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer specializing in DevOps to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, architecting, implementing, and supporting end-to-end CI/CD systems for mission-critical distributed application deployments on both private and public clouds, including AWS and GCP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployment.
- Support developers in merging code, resolving conflicts, and managing pre-commit hooks.
- Administer and maintain DevSecOps tools such as GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jenkins, Grafana, Prometheus, Artifactory, and ArgoCD/Flux.
- Ensure the security of code, applications, and infrastructure throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with CI/CD systems and DevOps practices.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and DevOps roles.
