The team is seeking a Staff Enterprise Technology Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial for the design and implementation of technical solutions within large and complex environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical solution design across multiple domains and platforms.
- Utilize strong Salesforce expertise, particularly in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, while having a conceptual knowledge of Marketing Cloud.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation to support project initiatives.
- Deliver executive-level presentations to stakeholders and participate in architecture review boards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on technology strategies and solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of professional experience in IT, with a focus on technical solution design.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in large, complex environments.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce, particularly Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and reviewing technical documentation.
