The team is seeking a Staff Engineer specializing in WFM UKG Boomi Integrations to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in workforce management systems and integration technologies to drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using UKG and Boomi.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless data flow between systems.
- Optimize existing integration processes for improved performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to workforce management and integration technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with UKG and Boomi integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
- Experience with API development and management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in software engineering or a related field, with a focus on integrations.
