The team is seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer (Platform) to join their team in Bengaluru. This role involves designing and implementing robust platform solutions that leverage advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on platform development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable platform architectures using DynamoDB, ClickHouse, and Snowflake.
- Develop applications and services in Golang and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools into platform solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in DynamoDB, ClickHouse, Golang, and Python.
- Experience with AI tools and their application in software development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on platform development.
