The team is seeking a Staff Engineer specializing in Kubernetes Platform & Networking to join their innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Kubernetes solutions that enhance the team digital infrastructure. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless connectivity and optimizing network performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Kubernetes-based solutions for scalable applications.
- Manage and optimize networking components within Kubernetes environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking solutions with existing infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Kubernetes and networking.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Kubernetes, including deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with container orchestration and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in software engineering or systems architecture, with a focus on Kubernetes and networking.
