About this role
The team is seeking a Staff Full Stack Engineer to lead the technical architecture and strategic development of their cloud-based Network Management System (NMS) platform. This role requires a combination of deep networking expertise and full-stack engineering leadership to create enterprise-grade solutions that effectively manage complex network infrastructures for a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design scalable, multi-tenant architecture for managing network services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions.
- Drive the development of new features and enhancements to the NMS platform.
- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of the applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in software development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud technologies and platforms, particularly AWS.
- In-depth knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
- Familiarity with modern frameworks and tools such as React, Node.js, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
