About this role
As a Staff Engineer at the team, you will play a senior role in independently handling software module functions, focusing on technical delivery, stakeholder management, and communication. You will be responsible for aligning technical delivery goals with the product vision, coaching and mentoring the team, and contributing to the Agile Scrum software development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to design, build, and implement new features in enterprise-scale applications.
- Ensure alignment of technical delivery with product vision and goals.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices and technical skills.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software engineering with a focus on technical leadership.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
