The team is seeking a Staff Engineer specializing in Dot Net Full Stack development to play a pivotal role in defining and communicating the technical vision and strategy for various projects. This position involves leading the adoption and integration of new technologies and best practices within the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the technical vision and strategy for projects.
- Lead the adoption and integration of new technologies and best practices.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Dot Net technologies and full stack development.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Solid understanding of database management systems, particularly SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software development and engineering leadership.
