About this role
The team is seeking a Staff Engineer – Automation Test with a focus on Cloud and Web Software to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and perform testing of web, desktop, and mobile-based applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to design, develop, and document a test automation framework.
- Translate requirements into test design and implementation.
- Participate in code reviews and requirement tracing.
- Conduct load testing of applications, software unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
- Perform static analysis using tools like FxCop and SonarQube, as well as dynamic analysis with XUnit and NCover.
- Execute both white box and black box testing methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in automation testing for web and mobile applications.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to automation testing.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience: 5-8 years in software testing and automation.
