The team is seeking a Staff DevSecOps Engineer to join their Enterprise Technology team. This role focuses on securing identities across various platforms, including AI and human identity, to enable organizations to safely adopt new technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong drive to tackle complex challenges and a commitment to excellence in execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement security solutions that protect identity and access management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal impact.
- Develop and maintain automation tools to enhance security processes and workflows.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend remediation strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in DevSecOps practices and methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, particularly with platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO).
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in DevSecOps or a related field.
