The team is seeking a Staff Application Developer specializing in Record to Report within Workday Financials. In this role, you will be instrumental in building AI-powered experiences that enhance customer interactions. You will work on a platform that integrates people, systems, data, and AI to deliver personalized services and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement applications within the Workday Financials ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Support and maintain existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance application capabilities and user experience.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Workday Financials and Record to Report processes.

Experience:
