The team is seeking a Staff AI ML Engineer Tech Lead to join their Engineering team in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving the development of AI-driven customer experience solutions that enhance customer interactions across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of machine learning models and algorithms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in AI and machine learning roles, with a focus on leadership and technical guidance.
