The team is seeking a passionate, talented, and highly motivated Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead for Frontend development. This role requires a hands-on approach to building innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive engagement. You will lead a team of developers while collaborating closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the frontend development team in designing and implementing user-friendly web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of modern frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.
