The team is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II (SRE II) to join their innovative team in the Consumer FinTech sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our SaaS products designed for middle-income consumers. This position requires a strong technical background and a passion for improving system performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance application reliability and efficiency.
- Automate operational processes to improve system performance and reduce manual intervention.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or related fields.
