The team is seeking a Sr. WorkForce Software (WFS) Specialist to join their team in Bangalore. This role requires a professional with a strong background in WorkForce Software and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting the WorkForce Software system to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain WorkForce Software to meet organizational needs.
- Support users by troubleshooting issues and providing effective solutions.
- Develop and execute data queries using SQL or Oracle to extract relevant information.
- Generate and validate reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Manage WFS scripts, policy profiles, policy sets, pay codes, and exceptions.
- Implement complex premium rules, TCP, banks, accruals, holidays, and labor distribution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience with WorkForce Software and relevant certifications (PT102, PT120, PT125).
- Strong knowledge of SQL or Oracle, with the ability to perform data queries.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and report generation.
- Experience in managing WFS scripts and policy configurations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in WorkForce Software or similar roles.
