The team is seeking a Senior Workday Core HR Developer/Consultant to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday Core HCM, including integrations, business process configuration, security, reporting, and production support. This role involves close collaboration with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure Workday Core HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Manage integrations between Workday and other systems to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to define and implement business processes.
- Ensure security protocols are properly implemented and maintained within Workday.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Workday Core HCM and related modules.
- Strong understanding of integrations and business process configuration.
- Proficient in Workday security and reporting functionalities.
