About this role
The team is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to join their team in Pune on a hybrid basis. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing complex and scalable B2B enterprise-level products. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise UX patterns, including dashboards, workflows, admin panels, and data-heavy interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for international clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to refine design concepts and improve user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance design strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly for B2B enterprise products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: 7-10 years in UI/UX design.
