Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for various software applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct automated testing using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Analyze test results, report defects, and track them to closure.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies and tools to enhance the testing strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software testing with a focus on automation.
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
