The team is a leading AI-driven global supply chain solutions software product company, recognized as one of Glassdoor’s “Best Places to Work.” They are seeking a Sr Technical Architect - Cloud to join their Cloud Visibility team based in Dallas.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Splunk-based solutions in both on-premise and cloud environments. You will play a pivotal role in implementing multiple Splunk projects to enhance cloud visibility and observability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Splunk solutions tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Develop best practices for Splunk deployment, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Splunk configurations and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay updated with the latest Splunk features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Splunk solutions in cloud and on-premise environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with observability tools and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications in Splunk or cloud technologies are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in technical architecture with a focus on cloud solutions.
