The team is seeking a Senior Support Engineer with expertise in Splunk Administration, Monitoring, and AppDynamics. This role is pivotal in defining and driving the overall infrastructure strategy, architecture, and roadmap. The ideal candidate will ensure that infrastructure solutions are scalable, secure, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership, engineering, and operations teams to design innovative infrastructure solutions.
- Establish standards and best practices for infrastructure management and operations.
- Oversee major transformation initiatives across compute, storage, networking, and security.
- Monitor and optimize system performance using tools like Splunk and AppDynamics.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Splunk administration and monitoring.
- Proficiency in AppDynamics and other monitoring tools.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, including compute, storage, and networking.
- Experience in driving transformation initiatives in a complex technical environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT infrastructure and support.
