The team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff Quality Assurance Leader with a strong background in Power Systems and Energy Management Solutions. This role will lead quality engineering efforts for the Transmission Heritage Product portfolio, ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the quality strategy for complex enterprise-grade transmission applications.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and validation processes to ensure product readiness.
- Oversee the quality assurance lifecycle, including test execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality practices into the development process.
- Provide hands-on leadership in product validation, ensuring alignment with industry standards and customer requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Power Systems and Energy Management Solutions.
- Proven experience in quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks.

- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years in quality assurance or related fields, with a focus on energy management and transmission systems.
