About this role
The team is seeking a highly experienced Senior Staff DevOps Engineer to lead DevOps strategy, transformation, and operational excellence for large-scale enterprise software products. This role will be pivotal in owning the design, implementation, and modernization of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, infrastructure automation, and platform reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of DevOps strategies to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
- Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Automate deployment processes and infrastructure management to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance software development and operational practices.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability across cloud-native platforms and legacy systems.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
- Proficient in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Solid understanding of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience:
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in DevOps or related fields, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects.
