About this role
The team is currently seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join their Consulting Services team, focusing on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The Senior Solution Architect will provide leadership and direction to the on-site implementation team, ensuring the design and execution of the solution aligns with business needs and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of WMS solutions for implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business process workflows.
- Take ownership of the solution throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in solution architecture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in solution architecture, specifically with Warehouse Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and logistics.
- Proficiency in architecture design tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture and consulting.
